
ODR.com presented at the 22nd International ODR Forum (ODR2023.org) held at the Bangalore International Centre on 17-18 March 2023.
The ODR2023 was a 2-day gathering of 400+ innovators, changemakers and thought leaders across business, society and government who came together to listen, connect, inspire and imagine together the pathways to advance ODR.
The International ODR Forum is the premier global networking event for the ODR community, spearheaded by the National Center for Technology & Dispute Resolution (NCTDR) since 2002 and held in a different region of the world each year.
ODR.com CEO Colin Rule opened the Welcome session on behalf of ODR.com, the National Center for Technology and Dispute Resolution (NCTDR), and the International Council for Online Dispute Resolution (ICODR).
Speakers at the event included Nandan Nilekani (Co-founder, Infosys), Caroline Sheppard (Former Chief Adjudicator, Traffic Penalty Tribunal, UK), Richard Susskind (President, Society for Computers and Law, Oxford University), Pramod Rao (Executive Director, Securities & Exchange Board of India), and Laila Ollapally (Founder & Chairman, CAMP Arbitration and Mediation Practice).
ODR.com team members presented at several sessions, including:

ODR For Healthcare Disputes: A Learning Circle (Colin Rule)
International ODR Standards and Ethics: A Learning Circle (Chittu Nagarajan)
Other ODR.com team members who attended the event included Indraneel, Geetha, Mohan, and Sundar, who participated actively in the roundtables and discussion sessions.
ODR.com CEO Colin Rule also judged the final round of the International Online Dispute Resolution Competition (ODRC) which was held on the final day of the gathering.
The event was a resounding success, filled with energy and enthusiasm – underscoring the fact that India is the hottest geography in the world for ODR.
