He led the development of some of the earliest large-scale ODR platforms and previously oversaw dispute resolution systems at eBay and PayPal, helping to resolve millions of cases worldwide. Colin is the author of Online Dispute Resolution for Business and co-author of The New Handshake: ODR and the Future of Consumer Protection.
